Happy Holidays! ^_^
Ahoy there shipmates! Tis me, Raffy... remember moi? It's been a while since I've posted, I know, but I'm still alive, honest!I know it's been ages since I last updated my LJ... what can I say? RL is a real pain in the a$$ sometimes.

Anyways, I just couldn't let the holiday season pass without stopping by to wish all of my friends and fellow D/Hr shippers a very, very, VERY Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year!!! *MASSIVE HUGS ALL AROUND*

And while I'm on the subject of X-mas, I just have to share the latest gift fic from my wonderfully fabulous guy, [info]roboc. Those of you who enjoyed his fic Cats in the Cradle are in for a treat, because he has AT LAST decided to write the second chappie. So get ready to GRIN (i know i did )

Ok so that's about all i have time for, but oh yes, there was one other thing i needed to mention... I hate to seem paranoid here, but a couple of people have been friending me lately, out of the blue as it were. I don’t know who they are or why they have chosen to friend me or anything. Now, it’s not as though this hasn’t happened before, but the odd thing is that even though I didn’t know them, all of the people who friended me in the past were fellow D/Hr shippers, meaning we at least shared a common interest. But not so with some of the people who friended me lately... no common interests, no nothing that would explain why they friended me. Was it a mistake? Did they mean to friend someone else and add me by accident? I have no idea and to be honest, it kinda bugs me. So then, what to do about it? Well, I’ve thought it through and I've decided that from now on, I won’t be friending anyone on LJ unless they introduce themselves to me first. Forgive me if i sound a lil demanding but really, is it all that much to ask that people say hi before adding you to their F-List? I don’t think so...

Right, that's the rant out of the way, time i was finishing up... Once again, HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND A PROSPEROUS AND FUN FILLED NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU! Oh and before i forget, I also wanna say thanks to the kind person who sent me a virtual yellow rose (i think that was last month ) It’s very purrdy and I appreciate it, I just wish you had left your name so that I could thank you properly. But oh well, whomever you are, THANK YOU!

merry christmas raffy! i hope yours was been filled with lots of prezzie, good food and wonderful company...i know i had lots of food :P *hugs*

as for friending, i don't think that it's demanding at all to ask for people to introduce themselves. even if it is a random friending, i think they should at least stop by and tell you intead of wondering who they are. I've had some on my flist do that, i have no idea who they are and they still won't come out of hiding. maybe some people just add so that their flist get bigger? so they look popular to others? i'm not too sure :P i rather much like a smaller tight knit flist...i like getting to know my flist :D

RAFFY!!!!!!!! Girl, I was JUST thinking of you last night and hoping that you were well and happy! Glad to see it is so!

As for the friending, LJ is a fairly hostile place these days, what with the banning and all, so it never hurts to be cautious. I'm not saying the new friendees are evil creatures, but if they haven't at least written once or twice in their journal, then no, I don't friend them back.

I get random people friending me from time to time, and they never comment, so I honestly have to wonder how/where they found me. Same on this end, it's like there's never interests in common! For the most part, yeah, I figure that it's people who friended me for fic updates, but it's not like I never post those to [info]dramione!

At first, when I read "I don’t know who they are or why they have chosen to friend me" I immediately thought "Well....you ARE Raffy, pioneer of the Smut Vault and All Around Great Gal", but you're right, that's so weird that random people have been friending you. There's no fault in being cautious!

I sorta just assume when people friend me that it's cuz they've been reading my fics... I mean, there's NO other reason they would friend me here on LJ, my rants about RL aren't that interesting XD

But I agree, people should introduce themselves.

I have been looking for this fic for almost two weeks and I remember I read it a few weeks ago on either harrypotterfanfiction.com, grangerenchanted or adultfanfiction but the sites are pretty huge I can't seem to find it.

Maybe this might seem familar

All my friend remembers is the beginning. Hermione, Ron, Harry , Ginny and the rest of the DA are all siting listening to the members of the order talking to someone in secret. Hermione is annoyed that the night before the battle they are spying on someone and she doesn't think it's right. They convince her to listen to the shock of everyone Draco Malfoy is asking the order for help.

I know it's a multi-chapter

One part of the fic Draco and Hermione are kissing and Ron barges in on them upset.

That's all my friend remembers I hope you can help me. I want to read this story again. I was stupid enough not to bookmark it.
